2015 Official Team Photos
Strathmore Junior Football Club have partnered with Sports In Focus. On Mon 11th and Wed, 13th of May at Lebanon Reserve, Mascoma Street Strathmore VIC 3041, Sports In Focus will be taking YOUR 2015 OFFICIAL TEAM PHOTO.
It is imperative that you see me at your training sessions this week, if not before hand, to grab the Pre Event envelopes for distribution to players and families.
On the day, Sports In Focus will set up a check in table with signage and display board. Please make yourself known at the stand 10 minutes before your scheduled photo time for team check in. Once you have checked in you will be given your team list of names and check for any spelling errors. Sports In Focus will have spare envelopes if someone has forgotten theirs. Their friendly staff are there to attend to parents questions and will professionally choreograph the Official Representative Team Photo and take Individual Photos for all those that order one.
You can assist me and Sports In Focus greatly by asking your players to arrive early with their Order Forms completed and organised in height order, shortest to tallest.
To help ensure that the photo shoot runs smoothly and ahead of time please have your Photo Envelope and Order Form pre filled in and ready to hand to the photographer. To make this possible you obviously must have your photo envelope… if you haven’t yet please ask your Team Manager. This must be filled in and handed to the photographer before the photo shoot can take place, this way the photographer will know exactly what kind of photo to take of your child.
As this will be a tight schedule and we do not want to cause any unnecessary delays, it is imperative that all players have their envelopes filled in prior to the photo shoot and arrive early for their team photo.
