I am a bit cloudy on when I first pulled on the jumper but I think it was in U13 when Chris Wheeler was coaching. I can recall being picked up in his MG.

You mentioned that you coached me in U15 in 1971 (Premiership against Avondale Heights) and then I played U17 and then moved into senior football.

I played the first two seasons mainly in the reserves as Steve Carey, Steve Early etc were still playing.
I started playing seniors after that.
