SFC Membership & EDFL Registration 2025

Please take some time to read over this information to understand how the membership fee is structured and the changes that have been made from previous seasons.

Components of 2025 Junior Program Membership:

Under 8

  • Free for children who have older siblings covered under the Family membership (Please reach out to registrations@strathmorefc.com.au to get a voucher code)
  • $150 for each child not covered under the Family membership

Under 10-16

  • $350 family membership fee ($318 registration and $32 GST)
    (Covers all family members in the Junior program)
  • $125 Fundraising – Raffle, tickets can be on sold with the seller to keep the money from ticket sales.
  • $120 EDFL Fees for each junior player (This fee is per player from U10 up to U16)

When registering multiple siblings on PlayHQ, please ensure to register under the same email address to receive the family discount for additional children.

Components of 2025 Senior Program Membership:

Under 18.5 and Reserves

  • Calder Cannons program – $100 only (covers membership and EDFL fees) – Contact Michael Horne on details below for voucher code
  • $350 membership fee ($318 registration and $32 GST)
  • $120 EDFL Fees for each senior program player
    (Reserves and Senior Women’s match fees subsidised by Griffen Den)

Thirds

  • Choose Thirds registration fee option on registration page
    (Thirds match fees subsidised by Griffen Den)

Seniors

  • $350 membership fee ($318 registration and $32 GST)
  • $25 EDFL Fees for each game played (Deducted from match payments)
  • VFL listed players exempt from membership but pay match EDFL fees – Contact Michael Horne on details below for voucher code

In addition, all registered players are required to pay a separate $10 fee to the EDFL to register on PlayHQ – this is the central database for the league and is a compulsory payment outside of, and in addition, to club membership.

Payment options:

Option 1 – Pay in full upfront at registration on Play HQ using credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay

Option 2 – Pay in 4 x Equal Monthly Installments on PlayHQ, this will be setup using PayPal as the intermediary

Registration Process

Registration and Payments are all completed via PlayHQ for new and returning participants.

The EDFL has moved platforms so please ensure you use the same email address that you used for PlayHQ in 2024 if a returning participant when logging in via the link below:

Important Notes:

– No membership is confirmed until such payment is made.
– This registration/membership process is for all players from U8 up.
– Junior Griffen registration/membership will be made through SFC prior to the season commencement
– All places are subject to capacity. Full refunds will be issued in the event of a place not being available.
– Existing players places are guaranteed for registrations prior to January 18, 2025.
