It is with the heaviest of hearts and tremendous sadness that the Strathmore Football Club announces the passing of one of our young members, Tom Gray, after being diagnosed with an incurable brain tumour on the 23rd March this year. Tom commenced his SFC journey as a Junior Griff in 2015 and managed two games in Under 8’s this year, despite his condition. He will be missed by his teammates, parents and officials and his enthusiasm, skill and smile will live on in our hearts and minds. SFC sends its condolences and deepest sympathies to parents Simon and Carly and to Tom’s siblings Ben and Georgie. We respect the family’s privacy during this time.
